What do you want to achieve? As the question stands, it is comparable to asking which is better, a screwdriver or a hammer. 2547 means the SP is carrying routes from the enterprise within their network and offering a L3 service, Martini provides L2 service. They each have different pros and cons depending on what you want to do.
