What does this error mean: tagsw_sendnet: failed: CoS=0, TTL=255, Tag(s)=100002

            On a cisco devices, I keep getting the below error with debug on

 

1d16h: TAG: Et0/4: tagsw_sendnet: failed: CoS=0, TTL=255, Tag(s)=100002

What am I doing wrong?
