I'm
using in my lab the Cisco 2600 to run MPLS Traffic Engineering, and it
works OK.
I did
just simple tests, like reserving MPLS-TE tunnels using RSVP and IS-IS, and it
works OK.
The
version is 12.2(2)T.
C2600
Software (C2600-TELCO-M), Version 12.2(8)T1
c2600-telco-mz.122-8.T1.bin.
Gustavo, the answer is "yes". The image I use
is:c2600-telco-mz.122-2.T.bin; may not be the best but it seems to support
most functions. Zeevik wrote that perhaps it didn't, so you can write him and
ask: "Zeevik Neuman" <zeevikn@seriqa.com>. Others may have comments
too.

Folks, Can I use a Cisco 2600 as a PE in a lab environment ? I mean, I'm
trying to use a small Cisco router working as a PE device in a MPLS-VPN
testing.
Just in case the answer was yes, which
is the IOS that I would need ? (release and feature set)
thanks in advance
