1. What should be the ttl of VC label set to? In
draft-martini-l2circuit-encap-mpls-04.txt, it says that the value should be
set to 2, but in draft-martini-ethernet-encap-mpls-01.txt, it says that the
value should be set to 255.
2. What does the "excluding encapsulation overhead" mean in Interface MTU of
VC FEC? Does it mean only the excluding the control, tunnel Labels, and vc
Labels? For example, in Ethernet encap, the source and destination mac
addresses are also included in the encapsulated packet. So does the source
and destination mac addresses also count as encapsulation overhead?

    - Interface MTU

A 2 octet value indicating the MTU in octets. This is the Maximum
Transmission Unit, excluding encapsulation overhead, of the
egress packet interface that will be transmitting the
decapsulated PDU that is received from the MPLS network. This
       parameter is applicable only to VC types 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7,
and is REQUIRED for these VC types. If this parameter does not
match in both directions of a specific VC, that VC MUST NOT be
       enabled.

3. What should the destination Mac Address set to for Ethernet and Ethernet
VLAN packet when the source CE send the packet to the ingress PE router?
Should it set the mac address to destination CE or the ingress PE router?
