To be precise, at the present moment Juniper supports both
draft-kompella-ppvpn-l2vpn and draft-martini (both LDP signaling
and encapsulation).  With respect to establishing PE-PE LSPs (which
is somewhat orthogonal to the question of supporting Layer 2 VPNs)
Juniper supports both LDP and RSVP.
