MPLS -RSVP multicast

Hello,

 I am checking out the use of MPLS  for online conferences.

My question is regarding how is QoS processed for all receive stations.  If 
one does not join in until later what happens. (RSVP-TE?) with multicast?

What I am looking for is a list of Standards and how vendors make this happen.
