         To add some context, that discussion was concerning how to map
traffic onto multiple parallel TE tunnel LSPs. My suggestion was to
either have the FTN MIB map traffic onto three different tunnel heads
each of which had a single LSP signaled, or have a single tunnel
signal 3 LSPs that are connected together via the XCindex.

         Yes, this is correct.  A RowPointer only points at the first 
accessible
column in the XCTable that refers to the LSP in question.
