MPLS point-to-multipoint and multicast with QoS

Can anyone give me references and vendor implementation of MPLS
point-to-multipoint and multicast procedures?

Regarding a session is being established between a client and several
receivers. What are the modes of operation for receivers and the request for
QoS? Below I listed three possible options. If there are other
implementations or if these are not used please let me know.

a) Use one flow identification for all receivers regardless whether a
receiver requested QoS.

b) Establish one virtual channel for a specific flow requested. For other
receivers in the group that did not submit a request, send a notification
message serving as a last-call request.

c) Establish one VC with several flows. When a receiver requests a QoS of a
higher priority, assign the receiver to the higher priority flow.

Thank you for your assistance.

Yours Truly,
Rick Gallaher
