Champion, you have probably heard form others by now, but I will say in any 
case.

You have everything you need, assuming the IOS version running on all these 
routers supports MPLS. Though versions vary for different platforms, make 
sure you have at least a 12.1 IOS, and preferably more recent.

If this is the network and you are just building something for testing, it 
doesn't matter which router goes where. In normal practice, the smaller 
router would be on the customer site as CE, the larger, faster router on 
the service provider site as PE.

The PE routers can be connected back to back with a cross over cable if 
running Ethernet.
