Hello Aadil,
 
the main factors you can look at are:
 
1. Juniper and some others follows the initserv model. So most drafts that juniper etc support are RSVP drafts.
Cisco and some others looks it more in terms of CRLDP. Both support LDP
 
2. CR-LDP is no longer used by the ietf. The workgroup has been closed mainly due to major issues with the CRLDP draft which can be seen in the PPVPN WG archieves.
 
3. Protocols supported are mainly the same: MPBGP (draft l2vpn-kompella), OSPF extenstions etc. and several L2VPN drafts which most vendors will support.
 
4. Both have drafts for LSP failure and reroute mechanisms
