It depends on what kind of VPNs do you want to configure. If you are looking for IPSec based VPNs, you have more options depending upon the hardware platform you are dealing with. MPLS VPNs are also widely supported by many vendors but the implementational details might vary. As far as the configurational details are concerned, your requirement are too vague to have an exact configuration. What kind of a VPN? What kind of devices? What kind of QoS? ....
