Regarding node in NAM

hello friends,
when we ckick on a node in NAM output it will show like

node:2(1.98788,-2.343434)
Filter  : Dismiss

2 indicates node number.what does (1.98788,-2.343434)  tehse  numbers inidicate. Similarly,when we click on a packet it shows

exp 229:1010
send at 0.2323
50 bytes.
Moniter : Filter : Dismiss

In this what does 229:1010 indicates
and why Filter option is used here.

please help me in this regard.
