I can give you one example: BaneTele, a Norwegian ISP/Telco. We use RFC 1918 addresses for internal links. None of these are visible on the Internet - all addresses visible on traceroute etc. are normal, valid Internet addresses. We don't see any problems with this. We *do* see problems with ISPs using RFC 1918 addresses for links that are visible on the Internet.
