Hi All,
We are a team working in Chennai,India using the
IXASDK 2.01.Can any of you guide us with
the foll. problem.
We have been trying to use a patched variable
between the Strong Arm and the microcode. We are using
the ENP2505 kit (IXP1200 Eval board)offered by Radisys
In the Strong Arm the function
RmUengPatchSymbols()returns a success. But in the
microcode it is not able to recognise the patched
imported variable. The error is as below" A recognised
numeric identifier was not supplied for immediate data
to immed_w0 opcode".We have the same Imported
variables header file across the Strong Arm and the
Microcode. Is there any other file where we should
define those variables.Or what could be the possible
reasons if we are not able to use the patched variable
in the microcode.Could u give us some ptrs on it.

Thanx in advance
Kavitha.
