Hi Lac
Also, use mplsTunnelSignallingProto to specify the signalling protocol. If
you want an ERO then use the mplsTunnelHopTableIndex. For QoS, use the
mplsTunnelResourcePointer column.

One handy approach is to use an element manager (or CLI) to create TE
tunnels and then use a MIB browser to see the corresponding values entered
into the MIB.

	Both. You should inclue head entries in the table
using instanceIndex = 0, and signaled (backup/frr/make-break)
LSPs using instanceIndex > 0.
