Cisco LSP rate limiting

Hi,

   I setup a LSP between two routers with a control plane reservation of
say 10M. What functionality exists in Cisco that allows me to limit the
tarffic entering into Tunnel to 10M. I am looking for a way to rate limit
the traffic entering a traffic-engineering tunnel created using rsvp with
a specific control plane BW reservation.
