Yep,ethereal is quite decent free protocol decoder.
It could decode
-MPLS label stack
-Most RSVP-TE object(may not support some drafts
implementation)
-Most LDP TLV
-Refresh Reduction(msg-id/srefresh and bundle)
-mp-bgp(for 2547)

There are minor bugs in some rsvp msg checksum
calculation and some object in LDP are incorrectly
decoded or not supported,but that should be okay for
regular user.
