I have been searching to find how FEC is applied in today's major mpls router vendors.
Since many vendors do not support FTN MIB, is there any way to programmatically deduce the FEC that would be
applied to an incoming packet at the ingress LER.

cisco's LDP mib has mplsLdpFecTable that relates an address prefix/destination hostaddress to an LSP id.
What does the address prefix/destination hostaddress signify ? Is it the address of the LER at the egress
point or Is it the address of the IP devices outside the Mpls cloud that is connected through an egress LER. ?

dummuku.
