I doubt such a beast exists. And what would be the point? Imposition
of MPLS labels requires you to know *which* label(s) to impose, which
normally requires some form of routing protocol, so considerably more
than the NIC needs to be involved in any case.

Most NICs these days can do frames larger than 1500 bytes, so you have
room for your labels. The rest is a job for your networking protocol
stack.
