Deployable technology is hardly driven by technology reasons. It's often 
required to solve some specific problems in the network. A good example 
is MPLS. The reason behind the TDM-over-MPLS applications is not really 
a technical one neither.... If you are in India, lucky you. Otherwise, 
do the math in your network.
