Basic Questions

Hi,

I am new in MPLS and what to know some basic things form Gurus in this list.

1) How much MPLS is deployed in the internet? References? 

2) In local protection companies like CISCO and Juniper support
one-to-one backup approach or many-to-one backup approach or both? Any
technical white paper in this regard?

3) In MPLS bypass tunnel (many-to-one) when a backup of the same
facility is needed to be recomputed because of a new primary LSP
passing through that facility then is the old backup tunnel is tear
off first or ? How it works?
