Yugandhar, I may not have seen this whole thread, so I may not answer the question you have. However, I will say what I can. Since MPLS uses labels and not IP addresses for forwarding traffic, the actual IP address in the packet has no effect on the underlying network. If you are running MPLS VPNs you can connect networks using private addresses (10.x, 192.168.x) over a public network. The private addresses never are seen by the public network. From this you can see that the address space (the private network) for Company A and for Company B can be the same, and each can travel over the same public network with no conflict between each other or the underlying public network. Hence "address separation". I hope this helps.
