Dear John

1. I assume that these E1 TDM Voice Channels would be digitized[hopefully
G.729] through some MUX at both ends, which support Frame-Relay WAN
Connectivity at Trunk Side.
2. If 1, is true & you have Cisco H/w, you/Service Provider may deploy
ATOM[Any Transport over MPLS; using Martini Draft] and create Transparent
L2VPN to transport such digitized & Frame-Relay encapsulated Voice from one
location to other over ATOM/MPLS cloud.

I understand even Juniper deploys such L2 VPN, using "Kompala Draft"
