It won't work on PE , since it will black-hole trafic.It can also broke
traffic from remote sites in certain situations.
Instead i would rather aggregate in RR . Remote traffic will work fine since
lfib will nicely deaggregate
traffic and forward is to proper /32.
In case you can't live without aggregating on some PE (and without mantaing
on pe /32 in several vrf's via rt import/export on PE)
you can probably solve that by some smart inter vrf static routes ( it will
only work when next-hop is point-to-point interface).
