 Am not familiar with Cisco's feature, but yes, Junos has support for CBF:

I have tested this out at Juniper's POC lab, and it works great. Set the
tester to generate 2 separate data streams, each with specific markings
(DSCP, precedence, etc.), then create a policy in the PE router to send each
stream down a particular LSP (lsp-next-hop).
