end to end minimal cost

have heard of things called PORS and DPRS which are
similar to the link state and DV protocol  in IP world
and are applied in the ATM/FR world.

Perhaps someone who knows about them could help
clarify the following:

Is there any routing protocol which constructs the
best path based on "minimum avaliable bandwidth"
between 2 end points?

in other words, the cost of the shortest path between
A and B should be min(cost of intermediate arcs)
