Operator interest in MPLS OAM utility (LSP PING , LSR Self-Test ,BFD )

Hi

As almost the above list of tools/utilities  are in final phase to be 
ratified as RFC still see no
much discusion (actually nil ) in this list about those tools .

is it mean :

1) no much interest (at least for now ) from operatos/providers in such 
tools

or

2) the drafts are clear enough so nothing to clarify or discus .

Personally i was having difficuty understanding the LSP PING draft , some 
points are cleared
by exchange on the MPLS WG list
( http://www.cell-relay.com/mhonarc/mpls/current/msg00019.html) and some
(mainly for section 4.4 in the draft ) still not clear to me .

Anyone in the list is willing to clarify/answer some question reg section 
4.4 ??? .
