about incrementing TTL = Total Time Lived bit:-)
it is nice to consider birthdays in MPLS ; the exp bits might
do!
let's interpert this as some sort of an ..Emotional
Intelligence bit :-)

would be part of the proposed "Fruitcake Transfer Protocol" which seems
to suffer from overlapping acronym problems.
