LDP Cisco Nortel Interoperability

hello All,
Would really appreciate any help on this...

I am trying to connect Cisco6513 (IP:10.100.96.253) and Nortel
Passport(10.100.96.250) equip. in the same MPLS network, and seems to be
fine with LDP on the Cisco side, but i have some problem od LDP on Passport
side. LDP neighborship is fine on bouth side, but as you can see below some
of the Cisco local labels are idle on Nortel side. (These idle labels are
maped to Loopbacks on rest of Nortel equip. )
