That's the key.  RFC 1577, as it currently exists, is not going beyond
Proposed.  The next version (which will also start life as Proposed) is
going to include NHRP language.

P.S. Thanks to Dave P. for his clarification: "The only thing I'd add is
that I believe we agreed that NHRP servers would never leak mappings to an
