proxy registration requests in NHRP

In some instances it may be useful to be able to send a registration
request on behalf of some other station which does not act as a NHRP
client. For example, a border router may register as a proxy for all
stations on a trusted intranet connected to the NBMA nextwork via this
router. Would it be possible to add the following fields to the
Registration request:

  Target protocol address (variable length)
Next Hop protocol address (variable length)
Next Hop NBMA address (variable length)

If the target protocol address is different than the source protocol
address then this is a "proxy registration". The existing source and
destination fields are only use for forwarding of the request and
reply messages.
